China's Entrepreneurs' Succession

The first generation of Chinese entrepreneurs, that have contributed to the country's tremendous development since the opening-up that started in 1978, are approaching the retiring age. As this is happening, their children are taking over the management of their parent's business. They know they will have to operate in a very different economic scenario and will be facing different kind of challenges they will have to learn to overcome. They are better educated and technically equipped than their parents, but are also eager to keep learning and absorbing from other business cultures and models to make the transition smooth and their contribution to the business significant.
